Why I do this work.

'm Daniel Bear. I run TitleQuest Pro from Bozeman, Montana, where I live with one foot in Gallatin County and the other on the ground in Texas.


I started in real estate in 2016. For years I bought land that other investors couldn't or wouldn't touch, mostly because the title was a mess. Inherited properties with siblings scattered across the country. Tax suits nobody could explain to the family. Deeds that hadn't been touched in three generations.


What I noticed was always the same thing. The people who actually owned these properties weren't looking for the highest price. They were looking for a way out. Out of the lawsuit. Out of the back taxes. Out of the family argument that started after dad died and never really ended.


Attorneys quoted them thousands of dollars to even start. Wholesalers called pretending to be friends. Realtors said "I can't help with this, the title's not clean." So most of these families just stopped opening the mail.


I built TitleQuest Pro to be the company I wished existed for them.

We say what we'll do, and we do what we said. We don't disappear after a first call. We don't change our number on the offer once title comes back. The promises we make on day one are the same promises we keep at the closing table months later, even when the deal gets harder than expected.

We tell heirs the truth, even when the truth isn't a deal for us. If your situation is better solved by an attorney, a realtor, or simply waiting, we'll say so on the call. We'd rather lose a transaction than build a company on people who later wished they hadn't worked with us.
