This Privacy Policy explains how TitleQuest Pro (a DBA of Gannett Management Group, LLC) collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit titlequestpro.com or reach out to us.

When you fill out a form or contact us, we collect:

• The property address you're asking about
• Any details you share in the message field
• UTM parameters and referral source (so we know how you found us)
• IP address and basic page view data (used in aggregate)

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver our written offer
• To improve the website and understand which content is useful

Who we share it with

Your information stays inside our internal team (Daniel Bear, Justin Gwinn, Khrista Cabal). We share specific information with our closing partners (title companies and attorneys) only when it's needed to close a deal you've agreed to. We don't sell your data. Ever.
