Informational purpose
titlequestpro.com is published for informational purposes. The content describes how TitleQuest Pro works and what we do. It isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Not a law firm
TitleQuest Pro is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We're a real estate company that specializes in distressed-title resolution. When a deal needs legal advice, we work alongside curative title attorneys and recommend you bring in your own counsel if you want one.
Reaching out doesn't create a contract
Filling out a form, calling, emailing, or booking a call doesn't create a purchase agreement. A binding agreement exists only when we deliver a written offer and you accept it in writing, and both parties sign the closing documents.
Written offers
Every offer we make is in writing. Verbal numbers shared during a call are estimates, not offers. The written offer controls.
State-specific real estate law
Texas and Montana real estate, probate, and tax law differ from each other and from other states. Nothing on this site should be treated as a complete description of any state's law. Specific transactions reference the law of the state where the property sits.
Governing law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Gannett Management Group, LLC is organized. Offers and closing agreements reference the state where the underlying property is located.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
